ISCAT seeks a full-time Primary school teacher of Spanish and Catalan for September 2010. Applicants should have at least two years teaching experience, preferably in an international setting where English is the main language of communication. Suitable candidates must speak Spanish and Catalan at native level.

Applicants should have previous experience working with young children aged 5 to 12 years of age, and be able to communicate effectively in English. An appreciation of international education and learning processes of young children following an international curriculum is required.

It is essential that the successful candidate be able to work collaboratively with colleagues planning a cohesive programme to facilitate effective learning and integrate Spanish and Catalan in the core curriculum.

ISCAT opened its doors for the first time in 2007, with a mission to offer both local and international families a modern and dynamic education for their children.
