Art students in Year 10 had the opportunity to expand their academic content by working with the local artist Laura Niubó LauraCeramik 😍
In this activity, students participated in a pottery workshop and use the gallery facilities to learn about traditional clay construction techniques, as well as the application of oxides and glazes to their work to produce a range of finishes. 😊
By the end of the workshop, students produced their own portrait sculpture that will become part of their GCSE Fine Arts portfolio. 🎨
