Year 4 & 5 pupils have been exploring forces 🔍⚡
They investigated friction and how it affects movement 🚗💨, discovering when it can help or slow things down. Through hands-on experiments 🧪, they tested different materials to see how much friction they create.
They also explored air resistance 🌬️ and how it impacts moving objects, using real-life examples to deepen their understanding. Next up, they’ll be designing and making parachutes 🪂 to find out which creates the most air resistance!
