Last Friday 25th September all students visited the cinema in la Garriga to see the film ‘Inside Out’.
This film highlights the role of our emotions in our lives, including the negative emotions – those that we often try to repress, such as anger or fear – but which have a vital function in our lives.
Our students were able to appreciate the different processes that occur within us whenever a feeling invades us: its origin, its consequences and ways to manage this for the maximum benefit of everyone. All of this, of course, with a good sense of humour!
This activity is directly linked to our Emotional Education programme where both before and after the film students reflected on the subject matter and carried out activities to help them grow in awareness.
