10th Dec. A group of students went on an arranged tour around King’s College, founded in 1829. We visited the Thames-side Guy’s Campus in London Bridge, which is home to the Faculty of Life Sciences and Medicine. The tour included the emblematic Wills Library and the Gordon Museum, which holds an astonishing collection of 8000 preserved organs and pathological specimens (the earliest from 1600s). The art students went to UAL & Central St. Martins College of art🎨. They had a look at some exhibitions and spent some time looking around the university sites. The students were given a syllabus of the courses offered through UAL and options available for future applications.
In the evening, the whole lot walked to Camden Town and enjoyed dinner at Byron Burger.
11th Dec. Cold morning in London. It was the last morning to discover sights and shopping in the centre of London – Picadilly circus – before taking the bus to the airport.
