This week in Science, Year 3 children identified that humans and some other animals have skeletons and muscles for support, protection and movement.
We learned about vertebrates and invertebrates. Children had great fun testing the strength of a real bone before learning more about bones.
Finally children worked in small groups to label the human skeleton. We are really looking forward to next week’s lesson when we will learn about muscles and movement.
