This past weekend Secondary students from ISCAT competed in the International Schools Mathematics Teacher Foundation (ISMTF) Middle School Competition where 141 teams from 22 schools from across the world participated.
Out of these teams, one of ISCAT’s teams was able to place in the top 25! 👏
There were 3 rounds with 20 questions, 40 minutes each with each round varying in difficulty. These questions are outside the British curriculum and focus on problem-solving and mathematical reasoning, calling on a range of the students’ knowledge.
A great experience for the students! 🥳
