Fresh air, green grass, and a challenge that required steady hands! 🌿⚽

This week in PE, our Early Years learners took on the “Gentle Hands Challenge.” The mission: move the ball from one end of the field to the other. The rules? No kicking, no throwing – only gentle pushes with the hands.

While it looks like simple outdoor fun, this activity is fantastic for building:
🧠 Impulse control: Resisting the urge to kick!
🤲 Coordination: Using both hands to guide the ball.
🧘 Body awareness: Judging how much force is “just right.”

Nothing beats outdoor fitness for building healthy bodies and focused minds. 💚
