Our thriving school culture depends much on camaraderie and teamwork. There are no students who are too good or not good enough to help their team win. That’s one of the best things about House Points. It encourages healthy competition, being responsible and taking pride in your work. 👏
The house point system has a positive impact on student motivation and behaviour. Each week a student is rewarded for their hard work or a skill that they have demonstrated.
This year the houses are named after major cities (New York, Tokyo, Paris, Sydney) and the students are divided into which city matches their attributes. 🌎
Each student is allocated a house when they join the school and they earn house points for good work, behaviour or participation. Individually, students win house points for their own behaviour and they contribute to the success of their house.
Who will win? Nobody knows! At the end of the school year, we will announce the winner. 🎉
