Today our Year 6 students began an exciting journey with @autismelagarriga visiting the facilities for the very first time to meet the staff and residents. 🌱

Over the coming year, our students will return weekly to collaborate on meaningful projects – from paper-making and gardening to creative workshops. These shared experiences not only enrich our pupils’ learning but also build strong connections with the local community. 🤝

This project, which we started last year, has already shown us how powerful collaboration can be – helping our students understand wider social issues, empathy, and inclusion in action.🌎

As a UNICEF Rights Respecting School, we are proud that this partnership reflects our core values of respect, equality, and global citizenship.

We look forward to all that we will learn together – and to the friendships and understanding that will grow along the way. 💫
