Today, our Year 8 students took part in an exciting and hands-on science lesson as they observed a dissected pig’s heart.
As part of their learning about the heart and circulatory system, students were able to see first-hand how the heart works, identifying valves, ventricles and blood flow in real life.
Our Biology teacher, Stephanie, guided the session, explaining the structure and function of the heart and answering our students’ many curious questions. A fantastic example of learning brought to life!
